Assessment Level pQ01

HVAC DEFINED (INCL. COMPLEX HVAC)

The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) that is present in a building or part of a building that is for assessment will determine the Qualification & Accreditation Level that the Assessor that you commission must hold to be able to undertake the assessment and produce the required EPC. Over 97% of buildings will meet the requirements of a Level 3 Assessment, with other buildings (including those under construction) therefore requiring a Level 4 or Level 5 Assessment.

Work through the following questions and answers to establish what assessment level is appropriate to your property.....
